Abby Nguyen has spent more than 20 years helping families and business owners make smart decisions about their biggest assets. A licensed real estate broker since 2005, she was originally licensed as a broker in CA, then WA, and now Florida where she and her family reside (CA & WA are currently inactive/expired). She has owned and operated her own brokerage, managed a portfolio of rental properties, and developed a 20-acre estate in Oviedo. Before focusing on real estate and finance, Abby built her career at some of the world’s most respected companies. She worked in commercial business development at Boeing, led market research for Philip Morris International across Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, and served as a senior manager at Nielsen Vietnam. She holds an MBA from Washington State University and the FSCP® designation. Abby’s approach is simple: Build First. Spend Second. As a Vietnamese-American wife and mother of two, she knows how much a home means to a family, and how much of a family’s wealth it can hold.
